When you submit the contact form, we store your name, contact address, organization, teaching setting, selected interests, and message in a private inbox. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including student records or other sensitive educational information.
Career applications
The application form stores your selected role, name, contact address, résumé or profile link, optional portfolio link, and introduction in the private inquiry inbox. We use these details to review your interest in working with C4Y. No file upload is required.
Access and retention
The inquiry inbox requires authorized administrator access. Requests remain in the inbox until they are removed by an administrator. You can use the contact form to request a correction or deletion of a previous inquiry.
Interactive examples and preferences
Product tabs, sample practice questions, and checklists run in your browser. They do not create a learner account, save educational records, or transmit practice answers. Your motion preference is saved locally in your browser.
Website services
The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact records are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. Hosting services process technical request information, and the form uses a pseudonymous rate-limit identifier to reduce abuse. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
